The first of The Nutritional Bean’s online workshops, this time starting with a sleep workshop. Sleep can be one of the first things that is affected during perimenopause and can make life so difficult. Knowing how hard life can be when sleep eludes you, this workshop is designed to give you the simple and effective tools you need to get as much restful, good quality sleep as you can.

In this intimate sleep workshop…
Bean will first talk about how sleep works so you understand all the important why’s and wherefores, and how perimenopause can interfere further with sleep. This means you can start identifying what specific to you might need more attention or a few tweaks here and there.
Then Bean will share the most important sleep habits - what foods and habits can aid (or harm) sleep, including the thorny topics of caffeine and alcohol and sleep.
There will be some insights about night sweats, anxiety and sleep and then an opportunity to share or ask questions.
The workshop will end with a group hypnosis after which you will leave feeling incredibly relaxed and armed with tools to enable you to significantly improve your sleep - straight away.
