“I loved the time I spent cooking with Bean. Through a conversation in advance she made sure that it would be tailored to my needs (children who won’t eat fish, need for quick healthy meals, failure with stir-fries!). Bean identified a range of healthy meals that my family loves and are easy to make, including a brilliant salmon recipe that has been a life saver. I also picked up loads of practical cooking tips that have made me feel much more confident. But for me the best bit was that I learnt much more than how to cook recipes; I now know the theory behind things like how to cook a stir fry and how to put together a huge range of different marinades.
