A 6-week dive into the most essential and effective ways to support yourself through perimenopause and beyond.

Simple, grounded, practical and nuanced guidance that you can trust.

Wanting to make an effort to look after your health but trying to work out what that actually means, and means for YOU, isn’t easy in 2025 when there are so many experts, and pseudo experts, out there shouting about their way being best.

Life is challenging enough as it is without having to sift through the noise, trying to discern who is worth listening to and who is spouting a whole load of nonsense. (I realise of course that you’ll need to use your discernment with me too, and so you should.)

It’s exhausting and confusing and makes even me want to go and run away and stick my head in the sand.

So, I understand what it’s like.

This new course is designed to simplify, save your time, help you understand the need-to-know essentials in a way that enables you to be confident in what is right for YOU.

I’m cutting out the fluff and through the confusion to give you the most important things you need to know to support your body, mind and soul.

Sharing with you the essentials that make the most difference in perimenopause and beyond.

Don’t get me wrong, the information I’m sharing is out there, it’s there online for you to find. But do you have the time to sift through the studies and work out what’s going to suit you?

This course is going to save you so much time. And give you the best, most effective, simplified information you want to know and also what you didn’t realise you needed.

Are you willing to leave your health to chance?!

What few people understand is that these health risks are not inevitable.

Having the right information at the right time allows you to thrive through perimenopause, and use the phase as a catalyst to create lasting health.

Increased risk of heart attack, stroke, high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Weight gain, insulin resistance, higher risk of type 2 diabetes, and changing body composition.

Hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, skin changes, hair thinning, increased digestive symptoms, new food intolerances.

Increased risk of osteoporosis and fractures, and loss of bone density, reduced muscle mass, joint pain and stiffness.

Vaginal atrophy, recurrent infections, loss of libido, poor pelvic floor tone.

Increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s, hypothyroidism, depression, cancers.

My intention is not to minimise these risks, which naturally vary from woman to woman, but to emphasise the point that there are sound, evidence-based strategies which may significantly reduce them. I want these strategies in your hands so you can be ahead of the game.

It is possible to shape your current experience and your long-term health, now.

I’m not promising miracles. I’m delivering the best quality knowledge with actionable steps and offering you the chance for an empowered menopause.

Meet Bean

Your Perimenopause Doula

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Integrative Hypnotherapist, and certified practitioner in Archetypal Alchemy. With a unique blend of science, spirituality, and lived experience, I support women to embrace perimenopause as a time of empowerment and transformation.

Like many practitioners, the unique support I offer comes from both my personal experience and my professional expertise. My breakthrough from 26-years of gut health challenges led to a profound realisation: lasting healing emerges when we address both physical symptoms and their emotional and spiritual roots. For me it was unpicking decades worth of anxiety, deep-seated fears and insecurities. I am now 44 and in perimenopause myself, alongside you, and experiencing directly how this integrated approach - increasingly validated by scientific research - creates deep, lasting transformation.

What we’re covering:

Week 1

What actually happens in perimenopause and how to work out where you are. Appropriate testing to consider, and how neurodiversity fits in.

Week 2

What to eat to nourish yourself fully, the full lowdown on perimenopause nutrition with loads of lovely recipes and tips for actually applying it and making it work for you (including the confusing topic of fasting).

Week 3

Good digestion and gut health is crucial in perimenopause; what you need to know to have great digestion.

Week 4

The simple habits that really make all difference to how you feel now (and waaaay into the future).

Week 5

Looking ahead to your future health so you can feel strong and energised for decades to come (how to protect against heart disease, breast cancer, hypothyroidism, Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis…)

Week 6

What to do about the weight gain, brain fog, crippling anxiety, hot flushes, lack of sleep…

The truth is, your body is not a machine.

And yet we’ve always been taught to think of it and treat it as such.

Your body is an exquisitely sensitive, complex and dynamic system that is always tuned into your environment, your emotions, your sense of safety, and the energetics around you.

It’s time to start thinking of it and treating it this way.

What’s different about this course…

You will receive audio files as well as the video recordings, so if you miss a call or want to catch the content again, it’s much easier to consume on the go than sitting down and watching a video.

The wisdom Bean shares acknowledges the full holistic nature of our being - the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. Leaving out one of these pieces misses a fundamental aspect of what affects our health. It’s rare to find that, and including all those layers offers the best results.

With most courses the accompanying support in the private group ends with the final call or soon after. In this course, Bean is keeping the private group open for at least 6 weeks afterwards, because she knows that enabling people to continue asking questions, getting support and keeping the momentum going after the course ends is what makes the difference between actually making life-changing progress and it being another course that gets left behind.

The interplay between the hormonal fluctuations of perimenopause and menopause, ADHD, autism, PTSD, highly sensitive people and history of trauma is not usually discussed or understood, but it affects so many women and Bean is going to make sure you’re clued up because it has a real impact on women’s lived experience and their ability to tolerate HRT (which is no quick fix but can be totally life-saving).

Praise for Bean’s courses:
