Meet Bean
Your Perimenopause Doula
I am Bean, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Integrative Hypnotherapist, and certified practitioner in Archetypal Alchemy. With a unique blend of science, spirituality, and lived experience, I support women to embrace perimenopause as a time of empowerment, growth and transformation.
Like many practitioners, my approach is deeply personal. My own 26-year struggle with gut health taught me that true healing happens when we address both physical symptoms and their emotional and spiritual roots.
For me this meant unpacking decades of anxiety, fears and self-doubt - patterns that, left unaddressed, affect every aspect of our wellbeing.
Before stepping into this work, I spent years in publishing, sales, and catering, experiences that shaped my ability to listen deeply, adapt, bring precision and care to everything I do. I studied at Newcastle University, a respected, Russel Group institution in the UK, and while my path has been anything but linear, every step has led me here - helping women feel more at home in their bodies.
Now, at 45 and in perimenopause myself, I’m walking this path alongside you, applying an integrated approach increasingly validated by science - one that creates deep, lasting transformation.

Absolutely! The spiritual and energetic elements are offered as tools, not requirements. We'll work with where you are comfortable, focusing on what resonates with you. The foundation is always evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.

We focus on sustainable, gradual changes that work with your life. This isn't about rigid protocols or extreme measures. Unless there is a very good reason, I do not like to recommend avoiding foods, rather I prefer to concentrate on adding in. Together, we'll discover what works for your unique body and lifestyle, making adjustments that feel supportive rather than restrictive.
