Because it is possible to pass through it with ease, if you’re armed with trusted tools and techniques that enable you to roll with the challenges it can throw.

Imagine this…

👉 You fully understand how your menstrual cycle and hormonal balance are likely to change during perimenopause and menopause. You’re equipped with practical strategies to manage any menopause symptoms and adapt your lifestyle to minimise their impact on your daily life.

👉🏻 You have a clear understanding of the best foods and nutrition to focus on, so you’re able to nourish and support your body in the best way. This gives you the foundation for improving your physical health and helps create a smoother, more stable transition through menopause.

👉🏼 You’ve learned that supporting your nervous system is the number one priority during menopause, and you know how to integrate enjoyable, evidence-based practices into your routine to manage stress and anxiety while fitting seamlessly into your busy life.

👉🏽 You feel confident about whether HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) is right for you, and if so, which options to consider with your doctor. Plus, you’re aware of natural HRT alternatives that can support you if you choose not to or can’t use HRT.

👉🏾 You know how to care for your body to lower the risk of estrogen-related cancers and to protect your overall long-term health.

👉🏿 You have a fresh enthusiam for exercise during menopause and have confidence in your approach to staying strong, fit, and lean.

👉🏽 You’ve tackled the sleep issues that often accompany and are particular to menopause, and now enjoy restful, restorative sleep, even though you may already have known how to promote good sleep hygiene and create an environment that supports better sleep quality.

👉🏾 You understand the emotional shifts that happen during menopause and perimenopause. You’ve learned to how navigate these changes with grace, feeling grounded and secure through each wave of emotion.

👉🏼 Beyond the physical, you’re aware of the deeper spiritual changes that take place during menopause. You’re learning how to harness these shifts to transform your life, unlocking new potential for growth, joy, and self-discovery.

👉✨ You’ve experienced the magic of going through this journey in a safe, supportive group of women, where you grow together, share experiences, and support each other. The sense of community and connection offers the emotional strength and inspiration that you’ve been craving, maybe even unknowingly, making this transition even more powerful and enriching.✨

—All of this is exactly what you’ll be learning in this 20-week course, designed for you to find personal empowerment through holistic menopause support, practical tools, evidence-based guidance to make the most of this transformative phase of life, while experiencing the magic of shared growth, connection, and support in a powerful group of women—

Especially if…

You know that preparation for menopause and that good self care and nutrition in advance is SO worth it

You are open to the idea that menopause can be a powerful transformation, that it has the potential to leave you feeling better than ever afterwards and that it is possible to experience more joy and pleasure once you reach the other side of menopause

THE NUTS AND BOLTS

WHEN

The doors have closed so if you want to sign up for the next round, you can do that here.

HOW

There will be a mixture of recordings, to watch as and when fits with you, and live calls on zoom (always recorded, except for circles). The live calls with Bean will be decided when I know what time zones and other factors need to be worked around. Guest talks will be a mixture of weekday lunchtime and evening. All the recordings and links will be in a dedicated place which is easy for you to find and keep track of.

PRICE

Is £555. You can pay in full or by 5 x monthly payments of £111 (my personal preference). If you need a more specific payment plans just get in touch and ask.

SAFETY

Before we start I will send you a brief set of questions so that I can take some essential information about your health, any diagnoses and medications. As well as making sure that I am practicing safely, this will also help me tailor the information so the programme is suited to you on a deeper level.

SPACE

Understanding the intensity of these courses, I’ve designed this program to incorporate time for reflection and integration - and for life to throw its curveballs. Our calls will take place every other week, along with regular circles and Q&A sessions. In December, I’ll continue to hold space for those who wish to remain actively engaged, offering an optional Q&A session and circle. However, for most, this month will be a chance to wind down and integrate the content while (hopefully) enjoying the seasonal fun. We’ll resume fully in January, continuing until the end of the February. The regular Q&A sessions will be invaluable for addressing questions, sharing insights, and troubleshooting any challenges, ensuring you get the most out of this program.

PLACES

Are limited to 15 participants to keep the program intimate, build connections, and generate a safe space for sharing.

BONUSES

It’s not just you and me, I have some brilliant guests coming to share their gifts and expertise.

The following experts are likely to be happy to confirm for 2025:

🔥 Holistic medical doctor, Liz Leek sharing the inside information on the pros, cons and safe ways to use HRT

🔥 Fear coach Brittany Wittig sharing her expertise on how to safely navigate and use the transformative power of fear

🔥 Chef, culinary teacher, nutritionist and intimate health specialist, Kate Waters, will be explaining how vaginal health shifts during perimenopause and how to protect against infections and imbalances

🔥 Skin Therapist Jeanie Scott will be showing us how to nourish and care for our skin as it changes

🌕 Group Circles
🧘🏻‍♀️ Meditations and Group Hypnosis

👭 Private, Confidential Community Space
Our exclusive community hub (via Facebook or other platform) is a safe, supportive space for the group to share stories, offer and receive support, and connect deeply with one another. We’ll celebrate your wins, troubleshoot any challenges, and provide the accountability you won’t find when going through this alone.

This is the part I’m most excited about because there’s something truly magical that happens when women come together in a group like this. You’ll gain so much from the collective energy—different perspectives, shared experiences, and the incredible feeling of having other women understand and support you. The accountability, tenderness, and sense of solidarity are priceless, making this program far more powerful when experienced together.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • While I know you'll get more out of it if you're in the early stages of perimenopause, you can absolutely benefit from going through program with us this as you're in the full swing of menopause itself, no doubt about that.

  • Yes, everything apart from the circles will be recorded and shared afterwards. Life has a habit of getting in the way, so no matter how well you plan your time, sometimes you just can't make the calls. Therefore you won't miss out if life is doing its thing. However, because the circles are an opportunity to share and be vulnerable, these won't be recorded in order to maintain confidentiality and privacy.

  • That's totally fine! There is no pressure to participate. You are so welcome to stay on the wings if that's where you feel most comfortable. And you're always welcome to ask me questions directly, privately, if that feels better for you.

I would hope that in time you feel relaxed enough to chat and share more in the group. I know that people who are 'introverted' often have very useful insights to share. But I also know how uncomfortable that can be so there is zero pressure.

  • There will be a combination of live sessions where we come together, and pre-recorded. The live sessions will be on zoom, and the pre-recorded and call recordings will be uploaded in a dedicated portal, access to which will be given to you the week we start. I'm doing this to break up the content with the intention that it's easier for you and there is more time for us to chew over the challenges and for you to ask questions and help make sense of what I'm sharing.

  • The full price is £555. There will be an early bird price announced in the summer 2025.

For each option you have the choice of paying in full or instalments as a payment plan - just ask if the one I have set up doesn't quite suit you.

Keep an eye out for offers that I'll be running which will give you great discounts.

  • Yes, you will do for at least 12 months. Beyond that I haven't decided, but I will set a limit because I know that if there is a deadline, it's far more likely that people will watch and finish the content, and therefore will be more likely to benefit from it.

  • This is because I want to keep the group intimate. If it's too big, it's harder for me to hold space effectively for everyone and I don't want people to feel lost. I want those who join to feel part of something and able to get to know one another, and feel safe with each other. For me, that means keeping the numbers to no more than 13-15.

Having a smaller group means I can get to know you better and tailor the content to your needs more effectively.

  • We start 18th September and finish at the end of January 2025, so that's just under 5 months.

Last year it was 10 weeks but it did not feel like enough time to really help the women who joined to integrate and really get to grips and embody what I was sharing. So I have extended it.

Also, it doesn't feel aligned to be sharing the importance of looking after your nervous system and deliver a course that might do the opposite!

It generally involves one week watching a pre-recorded video which is maybe 20-30 minutes long, then joining a live call which will last about 90 mins. Then you have a week to rewatch or catch up with the recording and start playing with the content covered for that topic, and asking questions before we start a new topic. There will be weeks were we meet for a circle, and have a dedicated Q&A session with the aim that you're learning and understanding and practicing what I share in a way that's calm and fits in more easily with your life, and isn't rushed.

  • I would say, spread out, about an hour to 90 minutes a week. More if you're active in the community and chatting with the others.

  • I will be on hand throughout the program to support you, to troubleshoot and celebrate your wins, and listen to your woes, during working hours, during Mon-Fri (I try to practice what I preach and switch to family time during the weekends).

You can get my support by contacting me privately or in the group community.

You will also be getting the support of each other during this program, in a dedicated community space, which is what I am super excited about because we all have different strengths and ways of seeing things, and this is where the magic happens.

I think you get MUCH more from programs like this when you're in a group vs working 1:1 because you can help each other and hear questions you didn't think of asking and be exposed to new perspectives.

Also, a huge support is just being able to hear the experiences and stories of other people and how similar they can be to your own. There is more healing in that than you may realise.

  • The core content takes a structured approach to managing perimenopause but there is a lot of flexibility to accommodate differing needs so it can adapt.

Before we start I will be asking you to fill out a questionnaire with some details that will enable me to make the course more personalised to your needs.

There is also the further option to opt into additional private consultations, which can enable an even more tailored approach. This is a good option if there are specific health concerns at play.

  • This is something I am actively aware of and will be planning something during the program. I don't want anyone to feel at sea once the course ends. I want this to be as successful for you as possible.

  • Sure:

What actually happens during perimenopause and menopause

What to eat (and drink) to support the transition, your bones, your brain, your mood, your digestion and weight, and more

    What makes symptoms worse/better

Weight gain, appetite, cravings and how to manage all this

How to get the best sleep possible

Long term health considerations, including breast cancer, autoimmunity, cardiovascular disease, hypothyroid, and what to look out for and testing that might be necessary

    HRT and supplements to consider

The emotional shifts and how to navigate them

The amazing benefits that come with this big Change

    Your intuition and spiritual awakening

The spiritual, mental and identity shifts and how to navigate them

How to regain your sense of self and purpose

  • Yes, absolutely, this program is packed with guidance about how to go through perimenopause without HRT.

I'm very open minded about HRT - for some people it's a lifeline, while others cannot touch it. This program suits both those and everything in the middle.

  • Firstly, if you think you want to sign up and join us, that's just great! I would encourage you to take some time to think about it and not sign up on a whim - it's important you feel really sure about joining, and excited, then you'll get the most from it.

Assuming that, opt for whichever payment plan works best for you. Once you have payed or started the payment plan, you'll get confirmation.

In the lead up to the start, about a week before, you'll receive the links to the questionnaire, agreement and details to login to the portal and group community. I'll make the zoom link for the calls super easy to find.

Weighing up working with me 1:1 or doing this program?

Do the program

The Menopause Mystery School is actually cheaper than working with me 1:1 and you will be getting much more from it. It is packed with so much that you just don’t get with the personsalised support. If you really want that 1:1 access, you can add on some private consultations which I’m offering at a discount for group members.

Last year in ‘Rooted’ as it was then, one lady found the program completely transformational and has seen it as a launch pad for so many positive things that have come into her life and which she has instigated. She feels transformed, much more in control, powerful and relaxed. Her digestion is also significantly improved and she has lost weight and feels great.

Another lady, L, has reached an entirely new level of awareness about her body and is able to understand her unique needs AND is able to meet them. She has felt so supported and is in a completely different place - a MUCH more positive place - than when we started.

‘T’ feels she has reached a new level of understanding of her body and is feeling grounded and empowered, and knows what her body needs.

‘S’ is now able to sleep consistently and longer, wherever she is. Previously she would take ages to drop off and couldn’t sleep well away from her own bed and without her boyfriend. All that is over now.
